Web hosting support : *1 minute* response time !!
In addition to this site, post1.net, I also have another domain, post1.org. Since post1.org is PHP-based it can't run Roller, the Java-based blogging platform deployed here. Biow and I mostly use post1.org for our e-mail aliases and static web pages nowadays.
The web hosting provider, Hostcolor.com has really fast tech support. How fast? Check out the timings on my support ticket :

This must be one of the fastest response times ever from any web hosting provider. 1 minute response time! Not bad at all, compared to so many other "cheap web hosting" providers out there.
