For my own reference :

2. V-Kool film technical specifications (VLT, IR and UV rejection)

For the Mystique package :

Front – J83
VLT – 83%
IR rejection – 57%
UV rejection – 99.5%
Total solar energy rejection – 31%

Rear – VK40
VLT – 43%
IR rejection – 98%
UV rejection – 99%
Total solar energy rejection – 65%

c) The resultant light transmittance for the front windscreen and two front passenger windows must be at least 70%.
d) The resultant light transmittance for the rear windscreen and the rear passenger windows must be at least 25%.

JPJ requirements (Malaysia) :
ozone2u.com, uv-gard.com

* Visible light for front windscreen must be more then 70%, side & rear windows must be more than 50% (only applicable for Malaysia)
