NTU hostel room rates

NTU hostel room rental rates (monthly and term semester payments), for reference :

- Not sure if the table is updated. I had expected price inflation to lift NTU hostel fees to at least double or more. I remember paying around $120 per month for my Hall 2 room about 10 years back. So $155 is an increase of just 29% over 10 years, which seems like a bargain nowadays in the current inflationary environment. Perhaps there are some subsidies from the Singapore government or the university that are keeping a lid on prices.
