Referrer spam

lowem.log has been getting a lot of referrer spam lately.
Henceforth, the following domains are banned forever :

Let's see if it's cheaper for me to update my Roller referer blacklist, or for them to register new domains and keep coming in. You know, if I really wanted to, I can probably tweak Roller's code (if it's not in there already) and turn this into a whitelist instead.
