time flies..

it's March alreadie! wow.. what have i been doing in jan and feb? nothing much, i supposed..

last week, i was down with a nasty viral attack.. but it has been more than one week, and yet i'm still having a slight sniffle.. and coughing as well.. wonder when will i be really OK? i plan to do some swimming as some form of exercise.. i hv not been doing any exercise at all.. that's not very healthy, rite?

latest happening to ken was that we converted his cot into a toddler bed.. he is like a monkey in the cot.. so, i think better to convert to a toddler bed in case he falls off from the cot which is really high! we converted on last sat, so he has been sleeping in his toddler bed for 2 nites.. hopefully he get used to the idea soon.. i always wonder why he seem to hv such a tough time falling asleep on his own until i look at his father! EM will also tossed and turned for a long time before falling asleep.. why can't they be like me? sleep the moment the head touches the pillow? i must be blessed to be able to sleep so easily? heh..

i also did some paintings with ken last sat.. but guess what? he's more interested to remove the paints from the box and put them back instead of using the brush to color on the paper!! end up, i'm the one shiok sendiri by painting a tree.. he langsung tak hirau!! he busy taking out them paints one by one, and arrange back to the box.. sigh.. mabbe i will introduce painting to him again later.

my mom is now back to melaka.. she went back to "celebrate" my dad's 49th day of death.. later, she will go to my sis's place.. for now, we dare not disturb my eldest sis b'cos her children are having exams!! i hope i wun end up like my this sister.. she take her children's exam far too seriously.. it's as though she is THE one having exams.. mabbe i shd adopt my mom's attitude.. she dun care what exams we'r going thru.. all that matters was the report card day.. 1 red mark=1 stroke of cane.. as easy as that.. so, we just bucked up, do what that is needed.. and dun expect sympathy.. sigh.. both extreme cases.. shall see how then.. sekali i end up more gan cheong than my sis?!? i hope not!
