the power of speech..

it is sometimes weird.. but what someone said will leave such an impact on you.. whenever i think of why i want to breastfeed, i can't think of concrete reasons.. but everytime when i think of breastfeeding, a statement said by my tuition teacher came to mine.. and the irony of it, this tutor tutored me Malay language.. what has it got to do with breastfeeding?!? Mr Edwin Ho said this in one of the karangan or something.. (can't remember what he was teaching)..

he said, "ppl these days act like lembu (cow) cos they feed on cow's milk.. that is why society has such cow behaviours.."..

then i was thinking.. "cow good what, industrious, stubborn, work hard.."

He continued, "that's why society is plague by all the social problem.. animal instinct.."..

can't remember what else he says.. but i guess being 16/17 yo that time.. it left a deep impression on me without me knowing.. gosh.. off all things i learned, i only remembered this!

ok.. so for this, i forgive him for causing me to get P7 for my malay.. hee.. hee.. but, he is really a radical man..

so, what we say to young people is very important.. it is an impressionable age where they may remembered what we say for life.. so, never never tell our child, "u'r good for nothing.. u hopeless case.. u lazy bum.. u notti..".. ahh.. reminds me that i shd not tell ken, "eh, u dino!.. eh, u notti boy!".. heh..
