i will be working in this company i'm working with for 6 months!.. time flies.. but i'm getting "imbalance".. my position here is of a Contract position.. it's a one year contract.. but i become "imbalance" when i hear of contract staff do convert to permanent position after 6 mths.. so, thick-skinned-ly, i email the Manager whom i shed tears to asking him to consider converting me from contract to permanent.. he replied something about having to "sound" out a higher authority, etc.. pending the availability of perm headcount, blah.. aiyo.. dunno how long to wait.. the worst is i do see new headcounts coming in.. permanent ones! cos i check their contact in the Outlook Server in my company.. so, can see why i'm getting more tak-stabil? (instable)
okie, i dun hv to be so hard up.. so, what's next? the answer will be either a yes or no right? if yes.. yippee and all.. if NO, how?.. still thick skin and work? look elsewhere? the only thing holding me is the "milking room".. so, even the answer is N-O.. i will just stay on and perhaps introduce some bugs in the code.. all for the sake of the comfort to pump in a clean/convenient environement.. *sigh*.. i'm pathetic!!

but nowadays, contract staffing is so common. i'm on contract too! and i heard that (in my company) they'll revise our pay to that of a perm position (lower pay) when they absorb us. so even if the perms enjoy more attractive bonuses n other additional benefits, i may wanna think twice b4 agreeing to being absorbed.

one thing abt having access to HR info is the result of being inbalance. when comparison start taking place.

biow, your site is searchable, so you might wanna keep company stuff out of your personal blog. just a thought coz i have a friend who has gotten into a mess before. besides, you also don't want to let your company people know "how" and "what" you are thinking about the company, right??!! otherwise, make people login loh...
