are u a moody person? do ur mood swing a lot? used to think that my mood swings are due to AF but my AF has not returned and i'm still having mood swings!! from mild depression, feeling so bleak in life and feeling absolutely nothing can bring happiness to being chirpy and feeling on top of the world and no obstacles can stop me!.. yikes.. scary!.. all these are hormonal or environmental? and, when u'r down, do u take down on a victim?! do u lash it out on someone? or u can compartmentalise ur life such that u always keep ur mood in check?
just a short musing before lunch.. hv a good day.

It can affect not just you, but the ppl around u, a lot. Maybe it's hormonal, but in any case, just take note of it.
For me, I find tt sweating it out (jogging, gym, etc) helps me a lot to relax & remain calm esp when stressed. It's been clinically proven that exercise helps your hormones & emotions stabilise like therapy. Perhaps u shud try it once a week for 1 hr, and see if it helps. Just a suggestion.
take care.

My sis felt the same when she was younger but now that she has kids, it kinda stopped. She attributes it to having a more concrete reason for "being"... the children. She also takes time out to be by herself sometimes and leaves the anak-anak with the ayah.
