Korean Movie: April Snow 2005 (Wi-chool) by Bae Yong Joon and Son Ye-jin Synopsis

April Snow is a story of concert lighting guy In-Su (Bae Yong Joon) and housewife Seo-yung (Son Ye-jin) as two married individuals whose respective spouses have been involved in a tragic car accident that leaves them in mutual comas.
