Tutorial: Animate series of images with Photoshop CS3

I kept forgetting how to animate a group of photos in a folder using Photoshop CS3.. in Image Ready it was as easy as "Import > Folder as Frames".. But ever since ImageReady is merged into Photoshop CS3, I simply do not know where / how to start.. decided to create a tutorial for myself once and for all.. and, if anyone of you may be interested, right click on the link below and save.. pardon my english.. and if the guide is not helpful, lemme know how i can improve it.. thanks..

Tutorial: Animate series of images with Photoshop CS3

The equivalent in Image Ready "Import > Folder as Frames" Summary:
In Photoshop CS3, do the following steps:

1. Select File > Scripts > Load files into Stack.
2. In the Load Layers dialog box, select Folder from the Use menu. Browse to the folder that contains the images you want to include and click OK.
3. Select Make Frames from Layers in the Animation palette menu.

But alas, there are also slideshow by Picasa which you can embed!.. so don't need to be so ma huan to animate yourself..

Swimming lessons for ken..

Daphne and I started our kids on swimming lessons on 21- Apr-2007.. i think after 1 or 2 lessons at bright and sunny 11am, we thankfully were offered swimming lessons on fridays evening time.. else Daphne and me will be very tan.. and not to mentioned the kids barely can open their eyes during lessons.. the reflection of the sun from the water and the sun shining un-mercifully down on us.. *SHUDDER*.. it's easier for a class size of 2 also.. we can coordinate easier.. we pay for every 4 lessons.. in case 1 of them is sick, we can also easily cancel the class with no charges.. we didn't hv 1 full year of lessons.. sometimes daphne on business trip and we cancel.. sometimes we were on hols.. etc.. so, now slightly more than a year after starting their lessons, here's ken.. swimming like a prawn.. as marie puts it so aptly..

generation gap..

A generation gap is a popular term used to describe big differences between people of a younger generation and their elders. This can be defined as occurring "when older and younger people do not understand each other because of their different experiences, opinions, habits and behavior."

I'm feeling especially old today.. can't understand the way some people think or act.. sign of old age?
