Walnut mooncake.. a minnie and a piglet.. i only try with my cookie cutter and not mooncake mould.. looks like cannot for this recipe.. :P.. this mooncake is not traditional mooncake.. when i do this, i know alreadie my mom will ask me "this is mooncake meh".. heh.. then EM said, "this is like like eat-with-spoon pineapple tarts".. why issit people only like traditional food? any variance will produce a scorn or a raised eyebrow?
