Chocolate Gateau Cake

Cringing when i see my cake.. sigh.. alreadie my classmates said must use more chocolate cos not enough.. but i left with 300g of chocolate and although recipe stated 150g and my classmates said not enough, i still reluctant to use 200g as 300 divide 2 is 150.. and was thinking i can make another time by saving the 50g!.. silly me.. i can always make a smaller cake the next time, right? instead of saving the "ingredient" for another time.. and so, one side of my cake is pretty, the other side.. *sigh*.. and i try to salvage by "scraping" the top to the not enough side hopefully can manage to cover the "holes".. unfortunately the more i try to salvage, the more mo peng the top becomes.. anyway.. i'm so sleepy liao.. heck lar!.. i think i still have a lonnnnnnnggggggggg way to go to achieve smooth pretty cakes!

tomorrow shall dig in and see sedap or not.. :P

for us, EM and myself!.. never pedal a bicycle with gear before.. kuno-nya (ancient-ly) me.. this is fast.. heh.. but dun play play.. i can ride motorbike, u know.. tapi (but) with bicycle i goyang goyang (swing) ! haha.. and now, we are anticipating how long before they are stolen.. :P.. *cross fingers* wun happen..

BTW, the guy who fix the bicycle for us.. some young chap.. wah.. rich ppl face.. with my kaypo-ness, we found out that his father owns the warehouse that assemble/make the bicycles.. the young chap very good looking.. wah.. good looking plus rich.. rare! and so hands-on.. hv to fix/assemble bicycle for customers.. RARE!.. he shd be 17yo.. poly 1st year.. ha ha.. i so the kaypo!
