Recipe: Cream of mushroom puff pastry..

very ugly looking cos as usual i panick and hv no patience and true enough wenn is crying here and there and chaos.. more like in my mind.. if only i hv less distractions and since this is not possible, i shd learn to perform under pressure BUT i can't.. heh.. it's like when u see a ball coming your way, what do u do? siam of cos right? flight and flee.. BUT, somehow, my this natural instinct is supressed or not to be found.. i will cacak (stand stunned?) there like orang dungu (dumb ass) and wait for the ball to hit me!.. and to think i hv perfect eyesight and never put them in good use.. ohh.. also, i will close my eyes tight tight and hope with my fervent-most hope the ball will not hit me.. but alas, the ball will definitely hit me!!

anyway, asthetic wise aside, this is yummy.. that's most important right.. *consoling myself*.. ke ke..

Recipe: Cream of mushroom puff pastry

Ingredients:
1 can Campbell cream of mushroom
1 can water
1-2 frozen roti canai / roti prata

Method:

• 1 can Campbell cream of mushroom. Cook as instructed on the can.
• scoop into bakeable bowl.
• thaw frozen roti canai or singaporean here call them roti prata (dun ask me why).
• try ur best to cover the bowl nicely with it.
• since, my pack do not hv instructions i agak whack.. i baked 200C for 15min and then top grill for 1 min.
• eat.. YUM.
