updates on ken and wenn

on ken.. he's speaking better.. keke.. in the m4m forum i frequent, mommies are getting speech therapists for their slow to speak kiddos.. sometimes knowing too much what other mommies do with their kids stress one out.. fortunately or unfortunately i'm too caught up at work.. and i hv enuf stress at work.. so, i shall refuse to let what other mommies do affect me.. heh.. and that may mean i under-stimulate ken or whatever.. but i find that "necessity is the mother of invention".. so, he has to use his imagination to occupy himself.. and that said, i do find him talk to himself a lot.. though still gibberish but sometimes can hear "proper" sentences.. like he said to himself, "i like this blanket".. finally stringing 4 words together.. and he's forever imagining he's this animal and that animal.. and playing with his cars.. and cunningly lure wenn with his toys and then scream at wenn.. or, he will dish out what he like least and offer to wenn.. how cunning!.. and that wenn got pride one.. normally, wenn will ignore him and crawl away as if sneering, "eh, i dun need your toy, ok?".. but i wonder later, will wenn start snatching?!? hope not!..

as for wenn, i saw him climb up and down from ken's bed all by himself.. he's forever exploring.. wenn can stack up those ring by himself.. can finger-feed himself too.. and, his current favorite passtime is to hug the standing fan and shake shake shake.. hmm.. with ken, i always let him do certain things until he run out of desire to do.. eg, he likes remote ctrl, i let him hold/play.. soon, he's bored and will leave my remote ctrl alone.. so, trying to apply same theory.. let wenn do something (as long as not dangerous of course) until it's out of his system.. but this fan thing is getting on my nerves.. cos wenn find it so MUCH fun.. he will hug the stand and walk in circle.. hug the fan and shake shake with all his might!.. aiyo, hopefully he gets bored soon!!
