do u keep ur moods in check?!

are u a moody person? do ur mood swing a lot? used to think that my mood swings are due to AF but my AF has not returned and i'm still having mood swings!! from mild depression, feeling so bleak in life and feeling absolutely nothing can bring happiness to being chirpy and feeling on top of the world and no obstacles can stop me!.. yikes.. scary!.. all these are hormonal or environmental? and, when u'r down, do u take down on a victim?! do u lash it out on someone? or u can compartmentalise ur life such that u always keep ur mood in check?

just a short musing before lunch.. hv a good day.

remember my fren and I won some RAK from the A-MAY-zing Race Challenge? well, lara gave me jess's RAK which is a mini book kit to start.. so, here's what i hv done.. i think the mess starts when i decide to get hold of a marker pen to write.. and then i start losing ctrl and scribbles away.. yikes! anyway, here are the final outcome..

peak milk..

i'm so surprised but google search of the term "peak milk" actually returns results! EM is always talking abt peak oil so i jokingly said i've peak milk.. and indeed this is a real term..

Peak milk, as defined by DHIA, is the highest level of milk a cow produces within the first 90 days of lactation or days in milk (DIM). In a normal lactation curve, milk increases to some peak level, on average at about 56 DIM, then gradually decreases to the end of lactation (the rate of decrease is called persistency).

amazing.. and, cows also will kena mastitis!.. anyway.. i've peak milk cos my daily yield is decreasing and i no longer pump enough for wenn's next day feed.. but for wenn, i took a longer time to "peak" cos mainly

• my AF has not visit me.. *yay*

and today, it's a joy to see my wenn gulping down the frowen EBM without rejection.. his first taste of frozen EBM.. heh.. now that i'm using my frozen stash, i must calculate to see if i can continue until wenn is one year old.. will be soon.. and anyway, i can give him more solids if my milk plummets!.. guess, i'm not such a good producer but am glad that i did produce enough for wenn.. it's a long, tiring "milking" process.. but i'm sure i will look back and give myself a big pat.. ke ke.. and anyone any idea what other "major appliance" shd i get? last time for ken, i bought Kenwood Major 816. This time wonder what shd i get.. ke ke..

and, we brought wenn for his first swimming pool trip yesterday (18 june 2006) .. but alamak din't take a picture of him in the pool cos i handled wenn and EM handled ken.. so, no more hand for a camera.. my fren lynn took a picture of us after i bathed wenn, though.. thanks, Lynn!
