Hi-5’s brand new stage show ‘Live Action Heroes’

Catch kids’ TV favourites, Kathleen, Nathan, Charli, Tim and Kellie as Hi-5 bring their smash hit performance ‘Live Action Heroes’ to the stage at the Singapore Expo from May 27 to June 4, 2006. The 2006 brand new show from the internationally acclaimed Hi-5 features an entertaining mix of catchy music, new songs and groovy dances for kids.

‘Live Action Heroes’, as the name implies, celebrates the values of being heroic, strong and brave yet creative. Throughout the show, children are encouraged to get up and groove with the Hi-5 team as they embark on a superhero journey of make-believe through interactive stories, imaginative plays and adventures.

trying to be a smart-alec here.. combined/super-imposed/dunno-what-word-to-use the 2 photos below to become the photo in the LO!!! hehe.. that time we are as poor as church mice.. we do not own a digital camera yet.. photos are scanned.. and photoshopped to be as though someone took our photo in front of the Eiffel Tower.. heh..dunno to feel proud or sad for "lying" in the photo presentation..

the last 3 LO, including the above, i did with some kits that i've downloaded.. it's "easier".. but, takes time to look for free kits and such.. the above i'd used some items from "Splendid" collection of ShabbyPrincess.com.. the pic is not so cleared as wenn moved.. really difficult to capture bb/tod's photo.. :(

This is my ONLY baby photo!! imagine that.. the next photo i hv of myself is like 5/6yo.. :(.. 5th child, what to expect?.. my eldest bro, the 1st child had his photo taken in a studio.. heh..

Recipe: Nutella Cupcakes

Recipe: Nutella Cupcakes

Ingredients:
10 tbsp(140 grams) butter, softened
3/4 cup (150g) white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cups (200 g) sifted ap flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Nutella, approx. 1/3 cup

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 325F. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until light, 2 minutes. Add in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated. Don't worry if the batter doesn't look smooth. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder until batter is uniform and no flour remains.
3. Using an ice cream scoop, fill each muffin liner with batter. They should be 3/4 full, if you're not using a scoop. Top each cake with 1 1/2 tsp Nutella. Swirl Nutella in with a toothpick, making sure to fold a bit of batter up over the nutella.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
6. Makes 12.
