Double Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
(A)
3 Egg Yolks
60g Caster Sugar
20g Cocoa Powder (sifted)
1 tsp Chocolate Emulco
1/2 tsp Instant Coffee
200ml Hot Milk
(B)
3 Egg Whites
100g Caster Sugar
(C)
300ml Whipping Cream
100g Chocolate Rice/Chips
Method
1. Beat A till smooth, pour in milk and mix well. Cook with low heat till thick. Strain and cool.
2. Whisk B till stiff.
3. Mix A, B and C together till well-combined.
4. Pour into a container and freeze till firm before serving.
