What i've learn abt bfg.. part1
- this is how chilled EBM (Expressed Breast Milk) looks like.. for those who are wondering.. notice that the fats will float and kinda separates.. before feed, place the whole bottle is a cup/bowl of hot water.. then lightly twirled the bottle to mix the "contents".. NEVER shake the bottle like how u wd mix FM (formula milk), u may like to read this "Don't Shake the Milk" article.
- And, i find this article that explains the benefits of bfg for certain durations very encouraging.. in the early days of bfg ken, this is one of the articles that has kept me going.
Side note: i'm not sure if ken is weaned.. he's not latching for almost 2 weeks alreadie.. ah well..
