Homemade Orange Julius.. yum.. yum..

Ingredients:
6 oz. can frozen concentrated orange juice - aiya, i dunno where to get this, so i used Peel Fresh, but not orangey enuf!
1 cup milk - low-fat okay - i sub. with 1/4 cup powdered milk
1 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar - i sub. with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar (icing sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 ice cubes
Methods:
1. Pour all ingredients, except ice cubes, in a blender.
2. Blend, adding ice cubes one at a time, until smooth.
seems that the "secret" ingredient is powdered coconut.. mabbe i will look for this somewhere.. ke ke.. try out this recipe.. quite similar the taste! yum..
