Spot's Recipe as follow:
Rice-Cooker Chicken Rice
My modified version.. for 4 servings:
- Dice chicken chop (3 chicken leg, actually) & marinate with oyster sauce and ginger overnight.
- Wash 2-cup rice, put into my m'wave rice cooker pot.
- Add into the pot abt 5 cloves of garlic, sliced (4) chinese mushroom, the marinated diced chicken chop, 1tbsp black soy sauce, salt & pepper, sesame oil &1tbsp oyster sauce.
- Stir and mix evenly, add 3 cups of water.
- M'wave on HI for 14min.
- Serve with chopped spring onion.
