Rice-Cooker Chicken Rice

Spot's Recipe as follow:

Rice-Cooker Chicken Rice

Marinate chicken parts with oyster sauce and ginger overnight.

Fry washed uncooked rice with garlic, lap cheong, chinese mushroom.

Add chicken parts and black soy sauce, salt & pepper, sesame oil.

Gaul gaul (stir) until chicken turn white.

Chuck into rice pot, add water. Cook rice as usual.

Serve with chopped spring onion.

My modified version.. for 4 servings:

Dice chicken chop (3 chicken leg, actually) & marinate with oyster sauce and ginger overnight.
Wash 2-cup rice, put into my m'wave rice cooker pot.
Add into the pot abt 5 cloves of garlic, sliced (4) chinese mushroom, the marinated diced chicken chop, 1tbsp black soy sauce, salt & pepper, sesame oil &1tbsp oyster sauce.
Stir and mix evenly, add 3 cups of water.
M'wave on HI for 14min.
Serve with chopped spring onion.

Ta daa.. this is the result:
