my hands are so the sng..

u know, like after running a distance and stop, the process of lactic acid removal.. reminds me of my pumping days.. wah, then the fingers are so sng (tired, lesu).. now it's my hand.. the muscles above my elbow.. whatever it is call.. i forgot, i hated biology so much!

and all becos of stirring some pineapple filling!! And, mind you, i cheated.. cos i bot the ready-made filling.. so, i merely add some pineapple juice, 2" of a cinnamon, 3 cloves and 3 segments of star anise.. and just stir.. can't imagine if i buy REAL pineapple and do all the grating and such.. why do ppl like pineapple tarts?? i can never understand.. i hate pineapple tarts the most among all CNY cookies.. detest them so much! so why do i even bother to try baking?

i guess, to test and see if i'm up to it.. it's funny.. dunno why i love this kind of challenges.. it's not even monetary gain.. wasting of effort.. i can imaging the snickering i receive if i were to tell my 2nd bro.. cos he's always hv this maxim of, "boh dui tang, mai zho" (no earn money one, dun do).. anyway, i tasted the pineapple filling just now.. and it's like stuck to my throat.. that's why i hate pineapple tarts.. dun give me nice feeling after eating! i hope i wun puke tonite..

okie.. i guess the filling is cool by now, shall put them into fridge.. going to ZZz.. tomorrow will be a long day!
