many moons ago (sometime apr 1998).. EM gave me my very first CD (*gasp*.. i never own a CD before! not even the ciplak (pirated) kind.. where have i been living??!? in no money land.. heh.. let's just say, i think it's a very waste of money to buy CDs.. but the truth is also i really dun hv extra money.. even if i hv some to spare, the last thing i will buy is a CD!).. anyway, the CD was by Andrew Lloyd Webber.. and he dedicated this song to me.. i was in NTU on a student exchange programme (between USM and NTU).. and he's trying to woo me.. *blush*.. to be honest, i was quite scared at that time.. being my first time.. and being such a short time that i've known him.. moreover i have another one whole year to go thru in USM.. very sceptical abt long distance r'ship.. but i guess we survived?..

and since i never own a CD, i actually hv to borrow my roommate's CD player to play to listen.. and it was the very first time i heard of this song.. and it really touched me then.. more like swept my breath away.. sigh.. i'm so easy to please.. eh?!

melt in the mouth pineapple tarts..

baking cookies are real hard work.. i started from 1pm today, end at 6:30pm.. abt 110pcs.. those that look like sunflower use more pastry i suppose.. if i do all the semi-open tarts, then the yield will be abt 150pcs.. gosh, 150pcs use 5.5hr.. gosh!

anyway, know what EM said? he said, "it's not melt in the mouth, it disintegrated in the hand!".. talk abt encouragement, man! and he added, "upon reaching melaka, we need to use spoon to eat ur tarts".. :-<.. okie.. i'm done with CNY cookies.. pls remind me not to bake anymore CNY cookies, ok? very the shack!!
